Windows ® NT based statistical process control visualization unit (for best working conditions and trouble shooting via modem) Automatic set up for different sizes for the whole line (min. 13" x 16" max. 25" x 25")
This line consists of:
- Transfer unit (from common cassette carriage with 5 or 6 carriers to the Dispomat)
- Dispomat A09
- Prepreg-Dispenser
- Pre centering
- Lay-up station (centered by 4 CCD-cameras to provide more accurate alignment)
- Continuous riveting unit Inline riveting or bonding
- Automatic unloading unit (unloading to common cassettes)
