This line consists of:
- Transfer unit (from common cassette carriage with 5 or 6 carriers to the Dispomat)

- Prepreg-Dispenser

- Lay-up station (centered by 4 CCD-cameras to provide more accurate alignment)
- Continuous riveting unit Inline riveting or bonding
- Automatic unloading unit (unloading to common cassettes)

Both machines are used to lay-up multilayers.

In combination both machines are preparing every 3.5 sec 3 prepregs and after 3.5 sec 1 inner layer.

Rivomat

- Misregistration of inner layers reduced to an average of 10 micron
- A choice of 4 to 24 rivets for optimum fixing of the inner layers.

Option "flattening divice"
- This best quality riveting system is also used by people who have been using bonding systems for years.
- With the new flattening device this machine can be used for all kind of pressing techniques.
