This line consists of:

  • Transfer unit (from common cassette carriage with 5 or 6 carriers to the Dispomat)
  • Dispomat A09
  • Prepreg-Dispenser
  • Pre centering
  • Lay-up station (centered by 4 CCD-cameras to provide more accurate alignment)
  • Continuous riveting unit Inline riveting or bonding
  • Automatic unloading unit (unloading to common cassettes)

DISPOMAT M09
Both machines are used to lay-up multilayers.
Every 7.0 sec. 3 different prepregs are ready in the correct sequence
Every 7.0 sec. 1 of 9 Inner layers are ready in the correct sequence.
In combination both machines are preparing every 3.5 sec 3 prepregs and after 3.5 sec 1 inner layer.
Option: One inner layer cassette can be used to store slip sheets.
